By that logic I get paid for eating my breakfast, because it gives me the energy to go to work. We're talking about David LaChapelle's book here, not Courtney's. I'm pretty sure just having your picture in a book of someone else's work does not entitle you to royalties. If she was looking for "crack money", which is unlikely judging by the documentary shown about 3 days ago, then I'm pretty sure she'd be a little bit more imaginative than this.
