crazy.
no Stand By Me?
I'm joking by the way.
stand by me!
when i was 17 i thought it was amazing. when i was 17

why do I get the feeling we've been here before...?
http://www.drownedinsound.com/content/view/1043654
oh, that's why.
i think Oasis has doomed the DiS boards to the same Groundhog Day that plagues their music.
Oasis..
Did a lot of drinking
Did a load of drugs
Made some classic anthems
Shagged a load of fit women
Sold a load of albums
Played some historic Gigs
And made a load of money in the process
It may not be art or clever but its fucking rock and roll so it gets my vote.
there are about four tracks
that are post-1996.
why do this band still exist?
it says a lot
that there's way more early b-sides on there than later singles.
If only Liam and Noel had somehow killed each other in a Chuckle Brothers style slapstick incident before Be Here Now they would be legends and not increasingly irrelevent old men.
hmmm
theyre 'surprise guests' at the nme.com 10 year thing......
sure that will be a treat. Oasis , kasabian.....(dangerous testosterone (sp?) levels ahoy#!) but before that CSS....and before that the MIGHTY! my device.....good old shifty disco....
hmm.....
those are my thoughts
i always wondered
why such supposed hard-men made music that was so wet behind the ears...?
Be Here Now
I thought the band liked that album?
And where the hell is Whatever anyway?
hmmm
more than half of the record is from before 1997.
Anyone else think they would be better off just re-packaging Definitely Maybe, Morning Glory, and The Masterplan, as a triple album for a tenner?
You know I'm right.
Wouldn't the real best of Oasis
just be 'Rock 'n' Roll Star' on repeat as you pull out onto the motorway, over and over again, forever?
Hoping
that someone will end your life asap.
