sean lock and rob newman. :D
Rob Newman, eh? There better be armchairs and cold beverages...
That's you, that is
I try not to, but I just get into the groove...
Don't worry. I quite like that the boards have a resident grouch
In that case, while we're at it - right now I'm watching Blade Trinity. This is effortlessly the stupidest thing I've seen today. And the gayest. When characters aren't swearing unnecessarily, they're exchanging lines of dialogue so lumpen, it's like watching an episode of Star Trek The Next Generation with a cast made entirely out of custard.
5 minutes ago, honest to god, two males had a heart to heart about which one of them will 'taste' the other's 'sword'.
I just had to get that off my chest.
yeh that film is crap. you arent going to like the part where the female character blatanly advertises the mp3 player she uses to make he fight better. but then the 2nd one wasnt up to much either was it.
I only realised it was a film after half an hour. I thought it was a computer game.
Good news is that Commando is on right afterwards. Now that's a film.
I love gay action films. You can have long internal debates about whether the writers/actors/director knew just how gay lines about sword-tasting are...
sky three (108) 50 terrible predictions. #49 a prediction in the 60's that wed all be using james bond style jet packs within 10 years. :)
Blade Runner soundtrack (nearly the same thing) is being rewritten and performed by Zan Lyons at Latitude.
i think the movies/music stage (arena?) is going to be good, Youthmovie Soundtrack Strategies are performing to visuals.
I may run along to that.
the wicker man performed by Adem
be alot of clashes i figure :(.
apparently the times are up on the site tomorrow, so we'll see about clashes.
Mogwai/Regina Spektor and Gomez/Anthony look pretty certain, which is a wank. Hopefully Ed Harcourt and/or Saul Williams won't clash with the Lemonheads...
anyone want to swap their ticket for a leeds one?
not sold out, so you can still get a ticket. just depends on if you can drop every arrangement you have and get to the site.
All the stages are covered. Which is both good and bad news (bad if it means you can't get into places, good when it inevitably pisses it down) And there's a stage in the wood!
the sound quality will be so much better in a closed environment/roofed as well.
I hope it's like the big stage at Cambridge (kinda covered without being a tent and the sound is always great)
main stages go on till about 11 and then the other stuff finishes at 3, which sounds good to me.
Bands start at 6pm every day. I like that it's all at night.
