that was just on channel 4.
the most genuinely and unironically funny advert ive seen in aages.
where the lad scores a penalty, despite the parents' protests when he was subbed on
this one, a guy is at the end ofhis job interview, and the interviewer asks if theres anything else to be said, and he says "well, i have a history of depression"
and the guy is like "oh, thats fine, thats great - oh but we are on the 10th floor here..." and then continues to put his foot in his mouth more and more. i loves it. principally cos im slightly worried about the effect of the amount of extensions i got at uni from depression on my employability.
it is genuinely funny tho.
kind of 'how to talk to disabled people' slide show thing when I started working at B******* and there was this bit where some guy is talking to some deformed midget woman in a wheelchair and keeps putting his foot in it by saying 'oh you drove yourself here? how? oh, well done!'
i haven't made it sound very funny but it was.
"some deformed midget woman in a wheelchair"
we were supposed to call her. so much for 'how to talk to disabled people'.
