36 minutes to NTL so far....
its not like i want to cancel the contract either
and I thought 20 minutes to O2 yesterday was long enough.

you'd better let them know the length of time you've been holding.
whats the contact details for short cchange? ill get ortis or whatever huis name is on the case
cancel contract. you get straight through and they can deal with whatever you want - its not just the cancellation dept.
they're usually pretty quick too
they cut me off first time round
I've just been told that there have been problems with the system, theyre actually closed but it doesn't inform you and nobody in NTL seemed to realise
