my boss recently came back from iran and brought an industrial quantity of them for the office. good stuff.
but the ones without a crack in the shell that are doomed to stay locked insider forever make me sad.
...are great, but the peanuts ability to lend itself to flavouring makes it difficult to choose between. Dry Roasted? Chilli? Honey Roasted?
But the freeing of hard to release Pistachios is a drinker in the early stages of drunkeness' dream.

Cob nuts are like hazelnuts, cept you eat em when they are still young and the shell has not gone hard, they're very nice.
pistachios > macademia because they arnt as bad for you fat wise.
