Right then, I've decided to start running, shin splints be damned. I've noticed a slight beer belly appearing which I want to get rid of ASAP.
So if anyone has any tips (what shoes to get, how long to run for when starting out etc) please post below.
If no-one replies I'll assume you're all lardy wobblebottoms who are too busy eating crisps on your sofas to care. Shame on you.
