DID THEY JUST KILL NEELA'S HUSBAND?!?!
...but hey, at least it leaves her free to bang ray.
ray, he and neela should so get together...
it's well guid.
but it is really sad, cos practically every character dies tragically...
I can't believe Pratt is back from Africa already... I love the episodes out there, last weeks was fantastic.
how many eps are left in this series anyway?
Carter will come home in time to be jealous of Luka and Abby having their baby, and might say something like 'I wish I'd never left you'. And then Sam will get jealous too, and her and Carter will run away/steal the baby/kill people.
isn't enough time for ray and neela to get together though.
i hate cliffhangers especially ones you have to wait a whole year for. :(
last episode next week then?
what will we watch then...
one thing i love about ER is how they always kill their characters off in style. yes.
clooney left after five years ago. also, i can't remember who you're talking about.
She was the nurse who had AIDS and one of the end of season cliffhangers early on was when Benton wasn't sure if he would be positive or not...but he wasn't.
thanks. i thought it was something to do with Benton, but I couldn't remember what..
"The series has been renewed on NBC through the 2007-2008 (14th) season; it is that network's second longest running drama, after Law & Order. However, on May 15, 2006, NBC announced that for the 2006-2007 season, it would run 13 episodes through December, then the show would go on hiatus with remaining episodes to be tentatively shown in May-June of 2007; this to allow one of NBC's "midseasons replacement" shows to air in the time slot from January-April or May."
the next series will be in two bits in the US with a five month gap - i bet that screws it up here as well :( :(
usually it starts here late january, so 13 weeks from the end of january would be the end of april. by that point, it'll be starting again in the US so it may just run straight through with the second part of the series with the episodes playing here just after they're shown in the US.
or it may mean that channel 4 wait until march or so to start it and we get the series in a complete run.
or it may mean it starts in january and then takes a month's break.
we're still gonna get it here when we're supposed to at the right time... right?
for whatever reason,
that in america the series' are all shown with a gap in the middle. something to do with the superbowl? or something? i can't remember how long said gap is... i only know/think/suspect this because i went through a phase of getting new ER episodes off bittorrent and was told then, in explanation of why the episodes stopped coming for a while.
in the US, they show the episodes in batches as they're made, with reruns filling in the gaps if production slows down or whatever.
that's why we usually get them a few months later, as channels here like to show them as a complete run.
a three month gap in the middle is quite unusual and will probably affect screenings over here.
i only know because of lost, haha.
as i said, it depends how channel 4 run it :P
but nobody was watching that. ER still gets good ratings.
because i have no life and like ER too much and read things about it online.
i still cried at the end though.
