anyone have any childhood traumas?
hence i don't eat prawns. rrrrrrrrrgh
and i remember having to explain to all my mates that it was a lobster that fisted me, not big dave.
then you will get answers.
It puts me off having kids in case they suffer traumas as they'll never get over them or something - jesus I hope theyhave bland lives
I had a pretty nice childhood.
all i remember is playing football and computer games and eating chips and beans :D
...owing to a liking to cycling and waking up early (both of which i've shaken off now), and to a local newsagent oblivious to labour laws, I had a paper round very early on, i must've been like 11 or 12 when this happened.
One sunday morning when delivering papers in the half-light of dawn, a fucking traction engine appeared on the streets. Going at literally 2 mph. Scared the fucking shit out of me cause i didnt really know what it was. Weird looking thing.
And since then I've been petrified of all steam engines, which then turned into a fear of trains. I can ride them but passing trains shit me up. Especially freight trains in the countryside. See me cower in fear when they rumble through Beeston or Nottingham or Narborough stations liek a 6 year old girl.
Interesting if true.
yes, fear of parents dying. Wierd.
that lived at the end of the road. It used to escape from their garden and come hurtling down the road like a lunatic, and it used to always head straight for me and had to run inside to get away from it.
also, i once walked in on my older brother having a 5 knuckle shuffle. That was quite traumatising.
I spent my childhood scared of Animal from the Muppets and the Incredible Hulk when he turned. They've left me with scars, but I think that is about as bad as it gets
