As it's Marco's first Fathers day next month I would like to buy him something different. Anyone got any ideas?
is that a suggestion?
or just an insult?
you dare mock my idea...
so he can run away with em and give me some peace :-)
would be a good present!
in advance anyway, can't keep owt from him!
You could tell him you're pregnant again as a joke?
be much of a surprise will it!! PM her your ideas!
Is the baby old enough to appreciate Marco...?! I'd leave it till he's about 10 and can earn his own money from odd jobs and selling lemonade and can buy him a card. Then he could make Marco a model out of lollipop sticks as a present.
Cheap and cheerful, I like it.
now i will!!!
Thanks Thom, thanks a lot
it's what most Dads want surely?
nope, all men really want is novelty cufflinks from m&s.
Newcastle United FC
Shearer aged 25?
Andy Cole aged 25...
Nah. Those suckers would just sell him again...
I... AM... NOT... AMUSED!
Queen Victoria in disguise?
As it wouldn't be acceptable Victorian behaviour to have a look at your sponge cake.
boumsong's P45? :p
An everlasting torch (you shake it magnetic induction creates the current, which is saved in capacitor, and then lights the 'LED' bulb.....being LED means it will never need replacing, also its 'unbreakable' and it floats.
Plus the stranglers 'song by song' book by Hugh Cornwell
I was so so happy
This year I am hoping to get the 'swedish' fire starter (a steel and something to scrape against it (£6.99 from millets 3000 lightings) and it will be my 'new' keyring.
I would also like a kind of torchy thing that would strap onto my head.....dont really know why, it just seems 'right'
I would like a small multitool thing but it would have to be really good quality.
I have got myself a little collapsable saw already
I quite want a totally flexible saw (Like wire with two handles) (again I dont know why)
Ill try to think of some more, ive put another idea in the thread
no that was meant to be a pm.....oh well
I also got an entrenching tool one year, however beware, if dads get an entrenching tool then they may want to put it to practical use.....this may entail digging an improptu latrine when family members are caught short, and then pressurising them to use 'said' latrine, even if the family members would prefer to 'hang on'
You think he would like summit like this?
Of course I'm only joking
asked nme what i wanted, i said. A divorce...
nme? Are you Pete?
and make it into a track.....maybe some Disers might be able to help.
Nice framed photo momento of him being a 'youngish' dad,
won't he read this?
