what was the turkish lady with the dead daughter crying about a knife for? i missed that whole revelation.
so obviously he's a hottie.
Her son stabbed her daughter as an honour killing, so says Becky the housemate.
She was Beruse's mum.
i was going to say that. she was more annoying in 24 though :D
(in sinister voice)
Superb. As in HAH-BEEB-MARRRRRRRR-ONE
Har-Beeb Marr-One - Luke Skywalker's faithful droid sidekick.
ailsa says "thanks becky".
and a perfect example as to why you should never use a sperm bank - imagine ending up with someone like Morris as yr kid's dad :|
i used to watch it religiously about 2 seriesesese ago. neela is fit.
i always hated it before, but daniel got me addicted.
I would never inflict that on anyway.
I stopped watching in 2001 and even then I only watched the last series or two because mum always watched.
The series totally died in the episode where Lucy (?) and Carter got stabbed. Prior to that you had quite a lot of comedic and generally light episodes to offset the dark stuff. After that incident the whole thing became like bloody casualty with unending depression.
her sheer cuteness would brighten up any episode, really.
i can see what you mean though. i think the production / writing team has changed in recent years so that would probably explain the shift in focus.
i still think it's ace, though, and if you stopped watching then it means you missed all the episodes set in the Congo, which were honestly some of the most intense TV drama i've ever seen.
carter at gunpoint in the jungle/growing a beard/returning home with a drug habit/shaving his beard into a poor quality goatee whilst in an aeroplane toilet!
dr lewis getting spontaneously married to that fat guy!
romano and his phantom limb syndrome!
i miss ER.
way they wrote Lewis out of it. I mean, did I miss something or did she just vanish one episode?
the last time i watched a full episode, so i'm not sure. i lobed her, she was great.
ERfact: romano is now in 24 as some sort of supervillain!
of the current series. fo' shame, really.
i haven't got that far with the new series of 24 yet, but i shall look out for him :D he's also directed a few episodes of ER since Romano's demise..
he's the best.
R.I.P "Rocket" Romano
that he was a complete bastard to everyone and everything for the 6-odd years he was on the show yet the way they killed him off made you feel really sorry for him. that's some good writin' :D
for elizabeth. awww.
that is all.
hence why it went downhill after that.
The death of Mark was just ridiculous.
about Greene, I mean.
Just because (a) it went on for about three seasons or something and (b) it was just unremitting misery from that point in. It just totally killed the show.
I caught a bit of that and she looked very dull and old, FFS. :-(
unlike half the hospital shit over here. most of the stuff is hospital related. here its like watching fucking neighbours or something watching holby city or whatever junk.
yeah I like ER lol.
I know fideL is a bit 'alternative' and surreaL, but this thread has left me reeLing with baffLement
I haven't watched ER in a while actually. I watched pretty much every episode from about series 4 to 10... what series are we in now? Who's still around?
12 or 13 i think.
it's not a very good series. john leguizamo is in it, and is awful. her from third rock from the sun was in it, and was thankfully ditched after a few episodes. kovac is in charnge, neela is grumpy as ever, and morriss is slowly becoming likeable.
i need to download this series really. but it makes my computer slow :(
just like 24 is doing right now. basically, i need one computer for work and one for the utter theft of tv shows/films.
