I bet it's not as good as this
I once bought a take that fridge magnet for about 20p (it was for a friend, honest)
much to my amazement and relief.
I did want to buy a BAR BILLIARDS table once but have no where to put it - that 16th century bar game.. where you knock over pins and stuff...
I want to buy a jet :(
I've only ever bought two things on ebay. Thus, the best is 'Change Giver' by Shed Seven. Winner.
then if you put your face really close to it, it will look like a real full size one - wait for the glue to dry though
it was a riot van with watercannon, armor plating and tear gas. imagine driving that. "no MY right of way bastard!"
on ebay, i think - a pair of black and pink shoes that i wear terminally. i am wearing them now. they're amazing. they were £8 plus packaging i think.
i'd shop far more on ebay but my debit card's overdrawn beyond a joke and i haven't got paypal. pleh.
a green t-shirt now! spooky.
tho i didnt get it from ebay
i havent bought much, but i did buy a scrolly l.e.d. belt.
with two controllers and nine games for £9.50.
which is totally GEAR but now gatering dust in my kitchen - GAH!
also I got This Charming Man on 7inch -that was fun
I got This Charming Man on 7" as well.
Ebay's great. Except once I ordered some red shoelaces and got sparkly pink ones. Joke's on them, I wore them anyway.
that'll show em!
that's a pretty good deal. i keep meaning to start buying some mega drive games from there but I know once I start I'll never stop because they're all so cheap..
Streets of Rage, Dick Tracy, Batman Returns, Back to the Future, An American Football game, Two football games and two others that I can't remember the names of. I then bought EA Hockey for 99p and Road Rash 3 for £1.50. Hardly ever played it though, it's gathering dust somewhere.
is one of the most fun computer games i've ever played.
admittedly, this includes almost nothing made after about 1996.
but still. STREETS... OF RAGE!
my mate and I played when we got it (we went halves on it as we were house-sharing at the time). It was still fun but it goes on a bit too long. I much prefer games like that to modern games. I have simple needs, I just want to walk along and punch someone, then beat up a car, punch someone bigger and punch the biggest person, then climb up a ladder and do it all again.
the best bit about Streets Of Rage is the lift level, because you can THROW PEOPLE OFF THE SIDE.
there are about a million copies of Streets Of Rage 2 for auction. very tempted..
they fit round my legs and everything which is good.
Other than that, xbox wireless connector thing or helen love CD
red boots you were wearing in London? If so, THEY RULE.
these are a whole new pixie style moving away from the cowboy thing. but yes I <3 all of my boots.
So I assume these other ones DO NOT RULE.
Tough on boot praising, tough on the causes of boot praising.
are you buying that?
my mate's selling it. Or trying to. (He won it in a raffle)
He asid I'd "pissed on the chips" when I said that...
I like the bit where it says 'serious buyer only'. hahahahahahaha, yeah, good one
outside the Bathing Ape shop in Soho last year, for new release trainers that weren't on sale for another two days. They weren't even guaranteed that they would have their size and the colour they wanted. The trainers were horrid too.
completely unaware as to what Bathing Ape is then?
Paying that much for a top scares me. Why would you do that?!?
and thirty year old wankers with more money than fashion taste
but apparently it's limited edition stuff. I think the shop is on Upper James St. People were actually camping outside.
Because UNKLE were actually pretty shit?
I've seen wearing BAPE stuff and he is a bit shit too.
best purchase ever.
Couldn't you have got them from the train station rather than ebay?
it's all about the numeric keypad, yo.
I used to have a 500, but it gone done broke many years ago.
with a 512kb ram upgrade :D
sadly, also deceased these days..
A really cool single that Ive been after since Mark Radcliffe played it about 11 years ago - "Hilly Fields (1982" by Nick Nicely - cost me 3 quid and its rare as a clean Doherty weekend.
which sits behind my front door waiting for me to aquire a garden. Either that or my Breeders-Safari EP or James Carr album.
which i plan to wear everywhere as soon as it arrives :D
I bought a fedora once. And also a whip and brown leather jacket so that I could walk the streets as the real indiana jones (a true story kids)
but I put a pound bid in for the first David Devant And His Spirit Wife album a couple of weeks back (come on, surely everyone gets those urges to hear Ginger and Miscellaneous once in a while) and two days later it was £16. How? Why?
I have brought some emeralds and some Eddie Izzard tix and the let of a holiday caravan at Filey and some yu gi oh cards and some Roddy Frame Cds and have been happy with them all, I have been thwarted on more than one occasion whilst trying to buy a Cort Bass.
Prole.....why not try to sell your Korg here?
about 6 months ago a dug out a load of uni books and rubbish cds (JJ72 anyone?) to sell, but they've just sat in the corner since then.
1960s Cambridge Pye record player.
got a baddass bass amp the other day, most expensive thing i've bought but at £260 it was well worth it :D
(for those in the bass amp knowledge its an Ashdown MAG 300 115) yasss
records, many records.
The one I'm most chuffed with is 'what's been done' by Wimple Winch. Intoxica had a copy for £400, I got it for £48
Also got a 1956 fender musicmaster, which is very nice.
Megaman 2 on the NES for a quid is shirley a brilliant bargain though.
