seriously though. I'm finding it rather hard going. I'm getting sick of Greek Yogurt (Prole?) and Bananas.

you can still have one bar of chocolate a day (make it dark, it's more satisfying because it's richer) IF
you cut down on carbohydrates (no more than 1/4 - 1/3 of your meal should be carbohydrate)
eat a bit less
do some exercise
eat other snacks like dried fruit and seeds when you're not having the one bar of chocolate
Stop eating parmos!!
I'm trying to cut down my weight too 'cos I'm getting a bit disgusted with myself, so I've taken the plunge and joined my first ever gym. I'm scared though 'cos I have pretty dodgy knees and can't do much running. There'll be a lot of huffing and puffing (mainly huffing), so I hope the gym jocks don't laugh at me...
They're always too busy flexing their pecs in front of the mirror to laugh.
And it's great that way.
shrinking my stomach by eating v.little in day (not anorexic! cudnt if i tried) I got addicted to rice cakes and buy a back of normal style lollypops, whenever u want something sweet or do the boredom snack thing, have a lollypop!
Then you eat a healthy meal in the evening and fruit and shizzle. I didnt cut any foods out at all either, that just makes it harder.
Thus my stomach shrank as did my appetite and I went from being a chronic chocoholic (liek 5 chocoalte bars in a day regularly! *blushes* ) to well not. Sometimes i even DONT FANCY IT! which is v. strange.
ALSO dance around your kitchen!
I can eat what I like, when I like, and as much as I like and not put on weight. I've actually lost 16lbs in the last year, I've gone up a belt notch
A few strawberries, a handful of grapes, some ice cubes, some orange and grapefruit juice, blitz it for 30 seconds, and down it. You'll feel hungry at first, but when you get used to having a liquid breakfast, the weight will drop off. I lost over a stone in under a month.
it is a proven fact than sex doesn't burn many calories...
then puke it up later!
ONLY eat chocolate. And vitamin pills too.
although i'm not a chocoholic.
just a fat bastard.
