I'm trying to diagnose the problems and work with Matt on fixing the site, during last night we had some turbulent server issues and since the Observer Music Monthly and Times pieces, we've been a little overrun.
If you could e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know the following, I'd be incredibly grateful:
* The operating system you use (Windows XP, Mac OS X etc.)
* The web browser you use
(Windows) Help -> About and if possible give the name and version number i.e Internet Explorer 6.1 etc.
(Mac) Click the program title [Safari, Firefox etc.] then click About Safari, About Firefox or whatever it says and then forward me the software and version number i.e Safari 1.3.2.
(Un*x/Linux) If you use Linux you should know how to find software names and version numbers
* Whether you are connecting at work, home, college etc.
* If you've had any problems before.
* EXACTLY what error is coming up, if at all.
