Anyones like it ?
Isn't Boonen great ?
Who will win the Tour de France ?
too old for this shite...
But i've used my bike a lot when younger...
is already ready apparnetly...
I think Mancebo could do it.
And boonen isn't over-rated.
Look at the way he wins the tour-des-flandres last year.
He won't win the tour de france or the giro or the vuelta but he's obviously talented and will get a lot of classics.
roughly as interesting as weight lifting.
possibly improved by the nice scenery.
really though, i know there are team tactis involved in it, but surely a great cyclist is just some cunt with well developed thigh muscles? is there any skill in it whatsoever?
WHATS THE POINT?
In so many ways...
what is the point of cycling?
its a lovely passtime if you want to see some scenery and get some exercise, but wheres the interest in watching it? is it just perving over their ultratoned legs?
this is very tactical and there's a lot of factors involved.
Yes, some races are boring ( especially the tour de france with robot-armstrong ) but aren't some football games boring too ?
watching it is boring though. I haven't been cycling in ages actually - I haven't had my own bike for abou t6 years :(
I've never really got into watching cycling but I bike to work most days. My work is 3 or 4 miles away from where I live so it makes sense. Cheap, quicker than the bus, keeps me fit and good for the environment. Everyone's a winner!
It's just like riding a bike, innit?
but people's skill and dexterity, as well as athletical ability, are posed against eachother. its not just a linear fitness competition.
i understand that the teams work together to get the most points, but this doesnt sound like interesting sport.
what are the other factors?
