a very cool website where you can get really really high resolution earth from space pictures, it's amazing, you can zoom in from the world to your house.
Have forgotten the address though, sorry.
and the view is pretty gobsmacking, especially south.
Also, the view from near enough any bridge over the Thames.
is so dull looking. nothing intersting down there
near to Regents Park, so the view south is of all the good stuff in central laaandon
see euston tower from there? that is one ugly building
inside and out (a bit like Britney)
a biege heaven inside?
tank grey, ocean grey, cloudy grey,
At least you don't have to look at it.
My favourite view is from the top of Portsdown hill looking over Portsmouth and across the sea in the early evening.
Makes me feel like I'm 16 and I should have a bong in my lap.
Constitution Hill in Aberystwyth and back towards the town. on a sunny day when the beach is full of people and the sea sparkles.
in north yorkshire
i love it up there.
The view from Roseberry topping is amazing. A bit too high for my liking though
For the view, and the memories.
Or Edale. Likewise.
I love the Peak District. I miss my home :(
the view from Constitution Hill in Aber, seconded.
The view from the Bullring in Birmingham, looking over the church towards Digbeth.
The view of Cirencester at the bottom of the valley, as you drive in down the Gloucester Road (A417, I think). It's the moment I feel I'm home.
Is from Cobden Bridge in Southampton looking out onto the River Itchen, especially northwards. I love the little park, the sun sparkling on the river and the clouds you often get there.
Is this one:
Top of richmond hill, looking out over the Thames and the rest of London. outside mick jagger's house.
Thats where i live, from a helicopter.
