In my role as HR Systems Administrator I am part of a two man implementation team for our entirely new ‘Resource Link’ HR database system, along with it's Recruitment and Training modules. This system is also linked to payroll and should enable HR to have a complete view of employees records and pay. I am also responsible for its upkeep, administration and act as a day to day trouble shooter for the system. I also act as the payroll administrator and deal with all pay related queries. Futhermore, I'm the main statistical report writer within HR and one of the few ‘IT Super Users’ in the company, acting as first port of call for all PC based problems.
