Who else is revising for them? I'm already pissed off and i've barely started any work. Needless to say im screwed.
And if you find them hard then your in for a shock in later life...
mean sweet fuck all. Dont bother with them. They will bare no significance on the rest of your life...you'll will realise this in a couple of years
did no work for mocks and got 2 As and shitloads of Bs. Come to think of it why the fuck am i worrying?!
i got mainly as with little to no revision. dont worry you'll be fine.
GCSEs not Gcses: IrishMagpie may have trouble in English. ;-)
and what else? i thought you'd made a mistake and were on about A levels for a second
Really are a piece of piss. They are designed for most people to do well in them.
You can pass without doing a subject at all. I'd bet.
I never did any for the mocks and got decent marks, soo...
hmm wishful thinking might work
I should really start revising for my AS levels.
the exams arent for ages are they? oh shit.
a couple of months, but all my teachers are turd, so I'm kind of having to teach myself the entire syllabus' for every subject in the next 2 months...happy days.
they are piss easy, it's true. If you're destined to try A-Levels I can't imagine you'll have a hope of failing, barring some sort of illness.
before how i did it for GCSE's, As levels and A levels and i got A's and B's woo
I worked reasonably hard for some A-Levels.
GCSEs though I promise I hardly revised. And never did for mocks...
It's a genetic disability.
how do you get onto a degree course without an english/maths GCSE?
That's just ridiculous.
Surely you're required to have them to get into Uni?
My science teacher put me in the foundation exam because he didn't like me...
bastardm i was in the higher set and in the top 5% of the school.
He was such a prick. Made me do projects by myself...
to some extent. Anything related to your subject and English and Maths should be as good as you can get. The rest probably don't matter as much.
too, and now, looking back I really do wonder why. I didn't really know how to revise, so just did the stuff I liked (and already knew lol). I ended up with 3Bs, 3As and 2A*s though :) As long as you do a bit of revision and are aware of the stuff you need to work on you'll be fine.
Why you stressing now anyway? It's only March! Start worrying in May lol
I did way more work for my GCSEs than I needed to, but it was quite nice because it meant I could cruise through most of the exams. Better to do too much for your GCSEs and then know you can do less at AS, rather than do too little - people who say they don't count for anything don't know what they're talking about.
