just a general feeling of rutness really. girlfriend = ace. everything else = meh
eat better food, plan something which you'll really look forward too...?
those are good tips. i am eating really badly at the moment, it probably doesn't help
i stay up until ridiculous hours.
but i am eating better than ever before, gradually cutting down meat in favour of veg/fruit etc.
i reckon looking forward to things is one of the best things about life.
I have the Mighty Boosh Live on Sunday, I am going to be chipper this week :D
