is better than war. Certainly.
... or peas. Fuck me its a bit of a quandry. My brother loves peas but so does John Major. Hhmmm, gonna have to think long and hard about this one.
Runner beans are sexier though!?
fear of peas.
then they don't run off the knife.
i've done it all my life
it makes taste them all funny
but it keeps them on my knife
Mushy peas are great, especially with fish and chips. I'm hungry now.
second only to brussels sprouts in the list of shitty veg.
why are people so preoccupied with veg today?

You obviously have unaddressed pea fetishist issues.
I address the issues. I named them 'James Jam'.
easier than other greens, but really, i regard eating peas as being like eating a forkful of pills. i have the same approach to it - quick gulp, squeeze eyes shut, wash them down with some water and the knowledge that they're Good For You.
i'm just not good at food really.
only like tinned processed peas because tinned garden peas tasted rank. Frozen garden peas taste nothing like that.
i think i've only ever had frozen peas.
for some reason, in marks & spencer the other night i was drawn towards a packet of happy-looking, fresh peas. i don't know why.

i'm sure it's not just the poddington associations.
with the pea-car - it looks so happy (until it falls apart)
i want the pea-car
yes. i am actually in love with that car.
it's what a mini secretly wishes it looks like.
we all have aspirations.
and it's fun shelling them, it's a lovely summery activity.
and I'm not ashamed to say it
but noone else I know doesn't. So I never get them. :(
to cook some peas
i bought some yesterday and ate them in the sun. YAY SUMMER! almost...
