i ALWAYS cut myself.
i hate it.
Grow a beard!
then. I haven't picked up a razor since 2001.
I would grow a beard.
A chin beard.
Lady beard, giggle.
I can't do it.
And the only way i'll grow a better beard,. is by shaving it off first.
but i had being a beardy face more.
shave once a month you young scamp.
i feel like im wasting my time and that it takes too long
electric ones hurt my sensitive skin, and the MACH 3 super duper turbo things slash my face, so i no longer shave and im much happier and hairier for it :-(D)
<---the brackets are sposed to be a beardy smiley face
1) You don't change your blades regularly enough
2) You press too hard in the mistaken belief that you'll get a cleaner shave (usually as a result of point 1)
3) You always try to do it way too quickly.
Otherwise you should never cut yourself except by unfortunately accident.
I'm sure its generally number 3.
I don't own a proper razor, I just use disposables.
hate shaving. I probably only shave about 8 times a year, maybe less.
dates, funerals, weddings and court appearences ?
So what's a guy to do.
I look younger.
not face shaving obviously, leg shaving. I missed my leg and took a huge chunk of skin off my arm, and now I have a lovely sort of three parallel lined self-harming scar!
you should make it into some kind of artwork.
You missed your leg and shaved your arm?
Can you clarify just quite how that happened please.
I have a scar on my ankle from where I took a massive chunk out of it once - it hurt SO much.
it's a big dilemma.
although beards are always appealing.
Chin growth is always great to stroke when thinking.
My personal annoying bit of shaving is my right side of my neck as it's obviosuly not as smooth meaning that I always get shaving rash there and occasionally cut myself.
Remember kids that when you have a new blade rub it along a towel several times so it's not so sharp and you don't cut yourself.
you want your razor to be as sharp as possible. blunt blades cut you more.
will just slice your face if you go over the same spot more then once.
Not in a normal razor. THey're angled right so that doesn't happen!
on my face. I obviosuly have a cool shaped head + neck.
aren't they? Well I guess it's 3 then. Like I say, don't press at all when shaving: just drag the blade over your face.
Managed to do it without cutting myself this morning.
Last time was terrible though, managed to get a 2cm long slash across my neck, no idea how.
How come it doesn't hurt when you cut yourself?
