I figure I'm getting about 5-6 hours a night and I feel bloody awful.
computer delivery, I haven't had a lie in for about 10 days. I need to sleep.
But anyway, I get about 7.
8, 9, 10 on others.
last night i got a good 8 hours. The night before nothing and the night before that i got 2 hour. On a normal night i would say 4-5 hours.
on weekdays, then about 10 hours a night at weekend.
this weekend however: friday = 7 hours, sat = 0 hours, sun = 7 hours. :(
for 8 hours. I love sleeping. Sometimes I go to bed really early, just because I love my bed soooo much. I have been known to turn in at half nine. Which is clearly rock n roll.
3-4 hours when i am working.
But I heard that mastubation helps you nod off.
that it does if you're male, but doesn't if you're female.
I hate early Monday meetings. Crappy Crap.
usually. If I go more than a couple of days getting less than that I start feeling rubbish.
I'm quite a dozy person by nature. Most times when I lie down or sit in a comfy chair I start nodding off.
at least, more like 10 at weekends. I need a lot of sleep.
6-7 on weekdays.
10 on weekends when not drinking.

i had about six hours sleep due to various reasons. i aim for eight a night, about 50% of the time i get there.
i am not a fun person when i'm over-tired.
maybe 7 - usually 1am to 8am or something. I sleep later on weekends and in the holidays though.
in that, on average, i tend to get less sleep at weekends than during the week. anyone else?
much as I'd damn well like
3-4 hours a night
4-5 hours on weeknights and about 14hours at weekends.
it's really bad.
4 hours (light deadlines) and 12 hours (most of the time).
i hate my sleep patterns. SO much. i look forward to bed every night, without even achieving anything during the day.

or do you have problems? god id LOVE to be able to operate on 3 hours without feeling dead.
apparently there is a new drug being created that means that you can live healthily on 2 hours sleep a night. the potential impact on society is massive and scary. the adjustment period will be great though.
in between 4 and 7 hours per night, even at the weekend too.
I'm gonna start trying to get more though. I'm exhausted.
to work and make music and excercise and cook and enjoy life.
actually, i only really feel tired when im waking up. after about an hour, im fine. having said that, im pretty sure i fell asleep while walking down oxford street the other day.
4 hours or less, followed by a mammoth catch-up sleep.
last night i got 11 hours :D

Since I've moved to London I'm managing fine on 7-8 which is good.
depends on many factors. Minifella and work load.
It ranges from 5 to 10 hours, but usually 7.
7 usually. Often at weekends I'll have 2 - 4 hours. I very rarely have lie-ins because I have jobs to do early in the morning. Every once in a while I have a monster 16 hour sleep to catch up!
Wow. I know hedgehogs that don't spend that long hibernating*
*Lie. But still, 16 hours is pretty impressive.
not in the summer, only in the winter. It's usually if i've skipped sleeping at all for a few days... I could do with a monster sleep now, but i've only time for 2 hours.

five timezones and had been awake for about 35 hours nonstop as a result.
i woke up at 4:30pm, and could see the sun low in the sky so i thought it was about 8am. i got, um, a shock when i got up saw my flatmate cooking dinner..
im amazed by the amount of people who can get by on 3-4. that would kill me
