in the obituary
I would've gone for "GET ME THE FUCKING DOG!"
Now that's entertainment.
like, they had individual people like Ross Noble as the '100th funniest moment of tv'... along with whole series of programmes, individual clips from programmes... two, TWO sketches from trigger happy... (no Office?!!), along with tv fuck ups, and 'napolean dynamite'?
it was a good show in the sense that i got to see 100 genuine (mostly) funny things, but... it didn't seem to have any actual direction.
it wasn't 'you've been framed', it was 'beadle's about' or something wasn't it?
"Would you like a cup of tea?"
that is still one of the funniest things that's evar been on british television.
and it's definitely what i'm going to say when i meet an alien.
all 3 series of trigger happy tv!
