What is yours? What do you have to buy at least once a week, if not once a day to get by?
I am an Iced Gem pest.
pretty much daily.
strawberry one they did :(
and Morrisons own brand Strawberry is more like paint stripper and lacking the velvet caress of Ribena.
it's probably better than 'purple' flavour. but I get purple more, out of convenience. some woman comes into my work place and flogs not-very-nice sandwiches. but she sells ribena.
we have it in the can machines at work, i think i'm the only person there that buys it.
I <3 it.
I dont know what it is about food called 'GEMS' but i get a big fat penchant for em.
even the black ones that taste of coal.
held up to light. They are the greatest confectionary conundrum after Parma Violets
is a parma violet?
violet-scented chalky (chalky like refreshers, not chalky like.. er.. chalk) sweets.
parma violets = FIT
a whole 25p pack makes me feel sick, but they are so nice. so are 'floral gums'. sweets that taste like perfume get the thumbs up.
best use of my 50p ever.
with some ketchup manis, Indonesian sweet soy sauce.
architecture in helsinki
whores. i really need to kick that habit
heroin, should probably give that one up as well
and i MUST have toasted pitta bread [with lashings of cold, soft butter] for breakfast every day. or the world will end.
is a bit quirky
so so much better than any other breakfast out there.
crumpets are nice but a bit stodgy and you get sick of the taste after a few days.
toast tastes of NOTHING and more of it ends up as crumbs on yr plate than in yr stomach.
cereal is pointless when you don't like milk.
toastable pancakes are unfulfilling, and proper pancakes are too sugary to have more than occasionally.
and fruit can fuck off.
pitta bread is soft yet crunchy... lovely and hot, offset by the marvels of cold butter... a distinctive yet not overpowering taste, and reasonably not-too-bad for you.
it's a beautiful thing.
really like St Ivel Gold and just eat it on its own. Used to quite like cat biscuits as well.
and fruit can fuck off.-but..but it's natures candy. Some of the opinions being expressed on this site these days scare me.
bananas, dont really eat any other fruit though and i cant think of any other vices that i have
Opinions expressed on these forums are not necessarily the opinions of DiS, just it's editors.
I use lime on 80% of my food. Making a steak? Glaze it in lime! Making a sarnie? douse it in lime! Cup of tea? Not without a slice of lime, you don't!
I need help :(
most meals I make I think, hmm, bit of cheese on top or some cheesey sauce will improve this very much. yum.
And crisps, wine and peanuts.
milk and bacon. That's pretty much what I consider a balanced diet.
most things i make that involve cheese i'll use a minimum of two types. things that don't involve cheese, i'll FIND a way to involve cheese.
red bull. love love love it. my recycling box is usually half full of empty cans.
I know it's wrong. But the way they snap is so satisfying.
I miss the foil and running my fingers between the cracks.
look at that apostrophe use.
those as well. mostly because of my local iceland allowing me to buy 30 at a time for about £2.
Regular latte, at least thrice a week.
