thanks ya'all for coming. hope you enjoyed it.
those van gogh cocktails are lethal.
any thoughts on the bands?
I must keep a dairy - seriously!
Really liked Cats and Cats and Cats.
I really liked Cats and Cats and Cats!
They were great so much fun to watch and lots of energy.
The first guy was good - excellent voice.
Televise - were okay but boring if I'm honest
Jeviferever - were great as usual!
How was your Van Gogh after?
but I still don't think I like jenny forever yet. Can I say that?
Cats and cats and cats were probably the best band on. I thought televise were pretty disappointing.
i thought they sounded like an explosions in the sky clone. does that mean you secretly like eits? it wasn't really what i expected after hearing their myspace.
jeniferever were amazing as always. televise were kinda yawn-inducing but the guy at the beginning was pretty good.
well I still wouldn't buy their record I don't think.
Post rock just isn't my cup of earl gray.
Actually I don't even like earl gray.
uhm, yeah, I'll see myself out...
but i quite like cats & cats & cats ep although clearly their instrumental tracks are the best things on there.
I thought they were 'promising' at Barfly but then trailed into almost ordinary indie 3 quarters the way through
Right I'm banning myself
their best at the barfly. they were SO much better at the social and rota. you should give them another go live.
when I remember to 'remember' gigs - I keep missing loads of bands by being a but dizzy of late - my loss though!
I liked a couple of their tracks, although I have no idea what they were called. The rest just kind of all blended into one.
Big, dark eyes, was taking photos at one point. I made eye contact a few times.
Anyone got the hook-ups? I liked the cut of her jib.
jeniferever were really good...
televise i am biased for as my flatmate is friends with them so... nah, they were ok - but nothing stood out for me and made me go 'fuck that was great'.
good gig though!!!!

just got back from London after seeing The Strokes, who were very fun.
Also went to RoTa during the afternoon and saw Televise who were a lot better than when I saw them last year supporting American Analog Set at the Water rats, also saw CatandCatsandCats who were great in places, but dire in other places and Jeniferever, who are just simply great.
There were quite a few dissers there, what did you think of the bands?
Sorry if there is a tread somewhere else about this.
she was taking pics... LOL
just-below-chin length brunette bob?
i can't remember what johnston looks like.
of jeniferever? i was on the train with HER. she changed at bank. find her.
she is downstairs.
I told her to send sean some pics.
tube with you! who is this girl that Colin speaks of?
covering themselves in mr beast stickers, i think.
she was stunning though. crablin obviously has good taste in girls.
she looked very tired
sitting opposite us
two the really drunk girls?
She liked Jevviferever with us! Not like Tom and Raz!
to colin drunk = really pretty
was in the pub with me so it was probably not her.
first guy - only saw the end of the set, so no opinion
televise - good, as per convo with sean, they really wished it was still the nineties...
cats and cats and cats - really good. could have only been improved by having REAL CATS in the band, ideally running around the venue causing havc
jeniferever - sounded great, but i was on the champers by that point so they're kinda lost in a tuneful scandinavian haze...
was on a strict budget. next time the absinthe shall flow with great vigour, however.
actually, i think the last time i drank absinthe was back in the day in verdis. oh, for the days when i still had hair...
1st band. people sat down for a reason. they got tired. i get tired when i'm bored.
2nd band. standard fodder.
3rd band. rly gd!
4th band. meh.
