.. as to whether anyone on here is familiar with this site. anyone?
curiosity killed the cat and maybe your Grandmother.
.. i'm about to go to bed and i'll sleep pretty easily. but read the letters on there. they're quite funny. and stuff.
The way I see it is this. Everyone is human. Some people drink tea. Others prefer coffee. But that's no reason to go to war. War is such a, like, waste. But at least it gets you out in the open air, like hunting. Hunting, too, is a waste. Of foxes! But at least it gets you out in the open air. Like war!
War, war is stupid,
And foxes are stupid,
And hunting is such a, like, waste,
But at least it gets you out in the open air. Did you realise that these days you are more likely to die in a car crash than be eaten by a fox? Kind of puts it in perspective, doesn't it? But if I was on my own in a dark house and a tribe of foxes smashed down the door to eat my family, I would shoot first, sir, and ask questions later. And damn the do-gooders to whom foxes are more important than a human life."
.. you've not looked at the right articles or you're the sort of person that likes Little Britain. nevermind ..
iv read a couple of bits and the guy just isn't as witty as he probably thinks he is
are to be found on Akira The Don's blog. This stuff is just a whole bunch of mehness.
.. its just because i'm a little absorbed in the anal political blogger twat crowd and i know who glen reynolds, brian micklethwait etc are that i find it funnier. Ah well. Sorry.
to be fair, i've chosen a bad time to post the link because the stuff on the front page isn't too good. i still think all the things under Teaching English and Hoaxes is brilliant.
i thought they read like the work of a really smug gcse student who thinks hes all about satire but is fairly obviously trying far too hard to be funny and failing at every turn
you will probably like that 'timewaster letters' book.
someone told me that harry hutton is a pseudonymn for robin cooper. or the other way round. i can't remember.
