i hope it's good.
Given how cheaply and efficiently any Robert Rodriguez project is now that he's got his hands on digital cameras, I think the studios will sign off anything he does.
I'm sure it'll be good.
i didn't either!!!
I didn't know!
us 3 have so much in common. let's get naked!
And we're both going to Will Haven!
I can't wait - its the day before my birthday!!
so I doubt you're the last.
they're talking about doing 4 or 5 - basically filming all the existing graphic novels, and also apparently more stuff miller's going to write especially for film.
should be great. although i'm bored of waiting for the director's cut of the first film to be released, dammit!
I've known since I was about six.
but now i'm kinda excited.
Can i be you restlessboy, you sound great.
line about a military man being mysteriously killed while trying to cook a rat.
are all of the cast back on board? I'll probably watch it cause I can't see anything good and non melodramatic/oscar hunting coming out for a while.
you know in elijah woods scary house where he kills people, when (feck i forget all their names) the big dude comes to save the lesbian - and you see these girls heads on the wall in the background - did anyone else think they saw alba/murphys heads on there?! i swear it was them but i haven't seen it since i went to the cinema. however, since they're in the sequel, maybe they're not.
not all in chronological order - the marv story actually happens later than most of the sin city stories, as he pops up in loads of the other graphic novels. so it could be....
i thought the sequel is the prequel to the clive owen character's story in the first one? (dwight?) does that make any sense whatsoever?
i need to get the dvd and pause it to check...
anyway, have a look if you have it!
has another story with miho which predates the story from the first film. there's a big attempted chronology on wikipedia, if you're not arsed about spoiling it.
in have the 'family values' book. i bought it after seeing the film - take that, precious original frank miller fans!
rules but it's actually well distrubing.
sin city 2?
i had no idea that sin city was going to be remeade. Hopefully the same cast will be kept and the same certificate.
If the studios ask for the film to be made less violent and gritty so the younger of today can see it, i will be well disappointed. I was well impressed with is adaptations of the comics cause i used to read them.
i didnt know, but the first film, i just didnt want it to end it was so nonstop great.
this has cheered me up a little.
I wasn't that fussed on the film actually, found it quite boring, don't think it worked in film format. I quite like the comics, though they're not the best things around.
