As some of you know, I am on a health kick. In fact, over the last week I have lost 5lbs. Which is good. I am an effective dieter.
However, I need to do some exercise to complement this rapid weightloss. Swimming is apparently 'great', but it scares me. I haven't swam in over 15 years. Is it true what they say, do you never forget? Or am I going to sink?
Also, do people who go swimming laugh at people who are fatter than they are? I have the fear.
