Okay, I snapped up a chalet for us to go to ATP for the Mudhoney weekend on Friday and got my confirmation through.
This morning I get an email asking me to send them a bill from my credit card by fax or scan so they can verify I am who I say I am.
I've never had this happen before and spent far more than this on my barclaycard for a holidays and a laptop in the past. Is it because I didn't put the barclaycard address in for ticket delivery? That's their fault for not having a billing address and a delivery address, surely?
Or are they just the most paranoid bunch of fackers on the planet?
