Who's read any of her books.
Are they any good?
but they do look like nice lighthearted chick-lit.
lighthearted chick-lit... that sounds horrible
but I'll read anything.
Anyone read Stuart David's books? I don't like them at all, they make me feel funny.
I read about 3 books a year.
Bill Drummond - 45
Kurt Vonnegut- Cat's Cradle
Valerio Massimo Manfredi - the third book about alexander the great
although now I think about it
Catcher in the Rye - J.D. Salinger
The Stars Tennis Balls - Stephen Fry
Its quite a poor effort.
is fantastic. one of the most amusing, twisted books I've read in a long time.
which I have ever read (though I've not read a great many books)
Hahaha, very true zxcvbnm
and then file under 'worse than wendy holden' then listen to The It Girl and weep
what gives everyone in either music or comedy carte blanche to write a book - does Stephen Gatiss HAVE to write a book when he's an excellent actor and scriptwriter, does Ade Edmonson have to write a book just because he is part of the 80s cognescenti and so on and so on -just be grateful no one has asked Johnny Vegas to write a book.............yet.
Sleeper - good to ok band - Wener - 8th rate writer
'.....Bright eyed media exec Nardia is too busy having cocktails and epicures to notice that she's fast approaching the dreaded 30s and STILL hasn't wrote that book on her trip to New Zealand....meanwhile sassy friend Chloe can't keep her man OR her job and can't decide on whether to paint her funky Clapham penthouse in magenta or serbian peasant's blood. Decisions, decisions until one day a strange phone call suddenly puts everything into perspective.....'
This book contains scenes of relentless stupidity and may want read it on an empty stomach, preferably after a period of heavy sedation.
Bill Drummond's books are great. As are Stphen Fry's.
she teaches writing courses.
i know someone who went on one.
I bet he was concentrating real hard on what she was saying! ;-)
and, while she does want to be a writer, i'm sure she said the biggest novelty was that it was louise werner teaching.
I bet she was concentrating real hard on what she was saying!
Oh! Sorry guntrip, I was too busy looking at your chest.
According to my girlfriend anyway - she says it is very sick and funny and she's read more books than I've even seen.
Goodnight Steve Mcqueen, and it was gently entertaining in parts but overall crap with a hideously saccharin sweet ending.
an actual reply to the actual question
I think I'll just stick to listening to sleeper records.
I'll just stick to fantasising about nwhen she was on TFI Friday dressed as a schoolteacher.
....Wener's that is...I know where she lives in Crouch End for all those STILL without girlfriends.....
