I have to get on an aeroplane two or three times in the next two months, and I'll be honest you with you, I hate flying. I hate checking in, I hate departure lounges, I hate airports in general. Then there is the plane, I just hate being on an aeroplane and I'll admit it I'm a bit scared of them.
So, I guess my question is: Does anyone else share my anxieties and bearing in mind I have to fly for my job (i'm not a pilot), what can I do to make it easier and less stressful? It's a short-haul flight so taking copious amounts of valium and/or alcohol are unfortunately not really an option.
