never seen it before, should i watch it on my own, in the dark? :( it better be worth it.
it's not really scary in that way, more psychological.
but still, it's got some horrible bits in it....
is much much more frightening than pointless bloodbath scary .... or it is in my experience of watching quite a bit of horror
a good mixture of the two ;)
me too, never seen it before - know its gonna be good cos John Carpenter said its one of the only films in the last ten years that scared the shit out of him! Its all in the ending.
made me feel physically sick.
that was nasty. Though no more so than any other Takashi Miike film I guess. What a nutter he is.
that ending made me feel physically sick too AND brought tears to my eyes.
Watching it in hospital at 2 in the morning is pretty creepy though.
shit, i missed the last twenty minutes i fell to sleep you see, i know you probably wont tell me, but how did it end, i really wanted to watch this.
if you wont post it email me at :firstname.lastname@example.org, or PM thanks
since the first time I watched Audition.
what no moving away with the camera, it sticks right in there.
pardon the puns.
some of that bone cutting wire! reckon you could get it at B&Q? one of the scariest moments has to have been when she was just sat hunched up waiting for the call - i wood like to date a girl like that one day.
.............it was rather odd and freaky
Shibota (or something) the Ace Records label bloke. I could be wrong but im guessing he cheated on her or something. The ending was weird - the was no real confirmation of death? still, nice and creepy tho.
nice, is it worth all the hype it gets then.
is it more gruesome than another one of his films, ichi the killer, if it is, that is something special, in a particularly wrong way.
not as gruesome as ichi the killer-that was in a league of its own
during several moments of that film. In fact I don't think I finished watching it.
If you're watching it for the gruesome bits, get the Japanese import version because the UK version had three minutes or so removed.
