Some people sitting behind me have to make these calls every now and again, and I know why it's important to record the information where possible (it's a public sector service for hard to reach and vulnerable people) but it always really jars when I hear their script.
"Are you happy with the service?... Were the visits on time?... Did they show their ID card?... Would you recommend the service to a friend?... What's your ethnicity?... Yes your ethnicity... As in, for example I'd describe myself as White Scottish... Thanks bye!"
