decent cheddar - put on top of burger for last two minutes of cooking
gherkins - anyone who makes a burger without some sort of pickle is a fucking asshole, in my book
some sort of stonebaked roll - warmed in the oven. saying a definite no to the brioche bun
mix of ketchup and english mustard - 65/35 ratio in favour of the ketchup
you may have noticed, there are no tomatoes in my burger. quite happy with this.
