Think I'm going to have BBQ ribs and chips. Maybe a bit of salad if I can be arsed.
Gf has suggested "cottage pie", but with mashed butternut squash and cauliflower instead of potato.

so that. Dunno what with - quorn sausages and some salad stuff? Sounds shit. Might buy some vegan/vegetarian fish fingers on the way home and eat those 'cause I've never had them and they sound intriguingly gross.

I couldn't be arsed with making the pesto the recipe suggested but the ingredients tasted better when I made it properly.
