How to go about it? Off to get properly hitched in a few weeks, and need to look good in my suit and that. I'm not planning on getting ripped or cut or whatever other scary terms people use are, but it would be good to maybe lose a few centimeters off the waist not look bloated around the face. I know I won't be able to eat properly healthy, so basically thinking:
Run every other day
Cut back on booze (like, none at home probably)
Less snacking? Yeah, probably can't stick to this.
I should just fork out for a juice cleanse or something, if I paid for it I'd feel obliged to stick to it.
