probably drive maybe 30-40 miles a week, if there's nothing special on. don't use the car that often tbh
maybe 30 - 40 miles on average, on the bike. this obviously doesn't include a proper bike ride somewhere.
walking - hardly at all. maybe a couple of miles a week...tops. should walk more really.
run - I'm not into running really, but on the football pitch I probably put in about 700 metres a game. 700 x two footie games a week = how much I run
