the Islam crew would bring in shit loads of pakoras/samosas/stuff that would last a couple of days.
I was watching the Snapchat story from Mecca last night, and marvelling about how they have so many people there, yet it all seems to go so smoothly and calmly.
like last night of the Proms
Otherwise my Malaysian colleague has been having me on.
The other one (at the end of Ramadan) was Eid al-Fitr.
More info as I get it.
celebrating that someone would kill their son? mrs knees would be less than happy about that, because she pulled out all the stops, for the schools meals yesterday (she is the cook)
(And by different needs I mean different sects)
Eid al-fitr (the one that was two months ago after Ramadan) and eid al-adha (this one) are the two "major" eids in Islam and all sects celebrate them.
eid mubarak y'all
being prepared to kill his child, because he is told to?
Does this have a legitimate place in todays society?
Some will argue that all cultures should be values and respected.
What do you think?
DISertations by the end of today please
is he another one of those zombies like the one that brought us chocolate eggs and chocolate bunnies?
all bets are off
Its not like he had an erection, he just thumbed in a softy. He didn't even get a wet end, just a bit of mung on his balls
but is stranger than any other religion, or religious festival?
One example: every christian celebrates the sabbath on a Sunday, when it should be Saturday.
But I'd go if it was on Saturday and you could get pissed up and listen to iron man and finger girls in the pews
nice food for Eid....In the past years I have researched recipes for her to use for Eid.
I think you are perhaps making a mistake in the motives behind something, it is a common enough mistake for some people to make, but you should learn to take what someone says literally as well.....I DO explain perfectly well what it is that I think is questionable.....I think that you will also find that I am foremostly critical of christianity.
The criticism of Abraham(and his near sacrifice) is not directed specifically at 'Islam....it is directed against doing what a big man tells you to even if he tells you to kill your child......that is sentience, not cg'ism.
