very low number for me. maybe 1.
need to eat more eggs
The bloke I was with (not like that), when in Thailand, used to have 4 (four) poached eggs for breakfast every day (where available) then might end up having pad thai or whatever for lunch with a couple of eggs so he was eating 4-6 eggs a day. So let's say 5 a day... 35 eggs a week. He was one of those skinny peens who would go into meltdown if he couldn't eat as soon as he was hungry.
with the odd morning on the poached eggs and very occasionally a banana pancake!
gougeres, souffles, pasta etc rather than fried, boiled etc.
So: 184 a week.
two a day on a week day
sometimes more, sometimes less
but some used as ingredients to other things. i did have scrambled eggs on sunday, but that was a real rarity.
