From my local doctors' surgery about a new online registration system which doesn't work. Usually I file everything away once read / actioned, but I haven't found the time to wander down there and enquire yet. Another thrilling insight into 29's life there. Thanks for reading.

I did see a colleague CTRL + A 801 unread emails last year and delete them.
all read, a few things I need to sort out. I like to keep below 20 so they all fit in the Outlook window without having to scroll down. Sub-10 is the dream, but hard to maintain as every fucker here emails about everything.
