Say you had a friend, we'll call him mablonkey. Mablonkey has a Part time job on top of his full time job. His Part time job give him 13 days notice to attend a training day that is mandatory and paid (but they didn't state it was mandatory in the letter) AND outside of his contacted hours (on a Friday day, during his other job). Mablonkey says he can't go, in a letter, immediately. He then gets another letter the day before the training saying if he does not go to the next one he will be suspended from future shifts.
how much notice for training should Mablonkey be given? Is this the greatest injustice of our times?
