You get like 5 tablespoons out of them. Buy it by the bucket from ponce shops - it's cheap as shit that way.

Increasingly convinced they're why I spend so much time with mouth and throat ulcers but they're so damn addictive.
Barely eat anything else tbh. Sandwich most lunchtimes, toast most dinners.
starchy carbs- bread/ pasta/ pizza/ chips
I also eat loads of good stuff to balance it out though, which means I just eat too much. like last night I had two tuna steaks AND curry for tea. But I was very very hungry after some intensive training.
Carbs/veg/protein. All this low-carb stuff got kicked out with the fat being bad for you thing, didn't it?!
Unrefined sugar and flour is worse for you than heroin (citation needed).
white bread/pasta/rice: bad
wholemeal bread/pasta/rice: good
white bread/regular pasta/white rice
wholemeal bread/pasta/brown rice
So easy to race through a big 150g bag of Kettles or whatever brand is on offer.
...bar about half a loaf of bread a day and 25+ pints a week. If i could knock those two things on the head i'd be a lean mean fighting machine.
it's my one achilles heel food wise. I can literally polish off an entire starmix/tangfastic packet in a day.
