...made with blue cheese.
was about to boast about how incredibly delicious my spaghetti tricolore w/ tomato sauce was just now. Amazing how delicious just onion, garlic, basil and tomatoes can be (I did add a little mustard to enrage purists).
I should perhaps expand on my reasons for this thread. I've been spending quite a lot of time in Brooklyn recently on WRB (work related business). All the pasta dishes now have blue cheese in, which automatically means everywhere in Manchester will within a year, and London within two, as is the rule of any food or drink trend.
that have been nice, but in the states it is massively over done, so I will agree with that!
I can't think of a pasta and blue cheese dish I've enjoyed. Not saying there isn't one; just can't call one to mind.
I do, however, love blue cheese.
*gets banned again*
anything stronger, or more of it overpowers everything and ruins dinner
Mild blue cheese (,can't remember the name but there is an Italian one you can get at suoermatkets), fresh basil.
Melt the blue cheese in the passata.
Honestly its nice, you're welcome.
pasta, blue cheese, cranberries, pine nuts, sprouts
turkey, bacon, stuffing all potential extras
gorgonzola and walnuts works well.
