Not BSB squariels from the late 80s/early 90s.
Seemingly most likely to be found on what appear to be 'new build' housing association properties constructed at any time from the late 90s to the present day. Sometimes on low-rise offices, or maybe nurseries, or some sort of semi-public sector or municipal building - stuff that's not full-on commercial or private residential.
It's it just the style of dish used in communal or shared-use circumstances?

Doesn't seem quite right, but I'm not going to totally count it out. A quick search is making me wonder if they're not a QuickSAT QS80, but that's a portable jobber so I'm not totally happy with that as an answer, either.
