compared to weekday breakfasts?
(don't have breakfast in the week)
(I watched Her Parents Adventure Time episode last night)
the correct answer is ∞%
100% greater than zero is still zero!
Weekday = pour cereal and milk in bowl
Weekend = Porridge with a teaspoon of nutella and a load of fresh berries
weekday: milk into bowl on muesli / butter some toast
weekend: hunt out somewhere we've never had breakfast before (could be a train ride or 10+ mile bike ride) / buy MEAT and grill it + whatever else / avocado (or beans or mackerel) on toast
which is EFFORT
"hmmm, i thought i was going to want to eat this toast i've just made, but i'm not actually hungry. I think I'll freeze it"
Weekdays i normally just grab something when/where i can.
Weekends i spend the time, make something i really want, pot of coffee, papers etc
uh oh this'll break the boards
Sometimes I'll go to a cafe for a fry up
But it could be any day I fancy it
In your face, maths
Weekday: Belvita nonsense
Weekend: usually pancakes
I'll make porridge instead of Shreddies so, you know, I go all out.
Been a bit frugal of late but usually I'll spend at least an hour whipping up some magic.
or i'm too hungover and just have lunch
i just have toast or cereal in the way day but the weekend is a way of actually getting the thinly veiled to eat breakfast. Normally cook everything I have that would suitably fit in the cooked breakfast threshold.
Fucking love cooking people breakfast. Often invite people to stay over ours on nights out just so i can cook them breakfast the morning after.
Weekday: pour cereal and milk into a bowl
Weekend: sometimes nothing, sometimes a breakfast bar, sometimes eggs, sometimes cereal. Freshly ground coffee is the constant.
Things is, freshly ground coffee actually takes very little time, say ten minutes. Can I brag about my new coffee grinder? Are you in the market for one, Balonz?
I use a Magic Bullet with the grinder attachment. Probably heresy if you are an utter twat but that is what I do. Takes 10 seconds.
i just question using the attachment for things other than coffee beans after you've used it for that multiple times (do you use it for other things?)
It's only really for grinding and I don't grind anything else (other than your mum). Same with the cup thing as it is coffee stained. Plus I now have a Nutri Bullet for everything else.
as you were
weekend: some food
cba to do the maths
But I make my own bread for toast at the weekends, compared with pouring milk over cereal on the weekday.
monday - sausage sarnie
tues -> thurs - cereal
fri - sausage * hash brown sarnie
wekekend - don't have any
will generally have a cheese sarnie, (heated in the miocrowave, i'm not a monster) as brunch, cup of coffee
