He's leaving Arsenal :(
unofficially a humdinger
The Germany Women v The Norway Women
must be some weird Canadian holiday?
just for seeing the players full names
Ron Vlaar can fuck off as well
BBC have been teasing all afternoon.
I'm also enjoying this image because it makes Messi look like he's joined some kind of Micky Buble/ Hot Cops hybrid: http://ichef.bbci.co.uk/live-experience/cps/512/mcs/media/images/83547000/jpg/_83547161_adfsd.jpg
Is this bad - I think it's pretty bad
goodnight sweet prince
wish England played like that
Transfer "gossip" from an "insider" published on the official West Ham site...
"I also believe that the Club are considering a multi-million pound offer for an African international who has the potential to go on and become one of the best players in Europe."
"... my sources indicate..."
... and so on. Probably a marginal improvement on the Chairman's idiot son revealing all transfer dealings on Twitter I guess.
reporting everything he hears from Enner Valencia down at the old Embassy. So brave.
Is this just a big con so that they can get away with signing no players in the summer while pretending they attempted to sign some players in the summer?
for some reason, in 1921 (possibly because some old dudes were in charge?).
Used to be very popular during the War apparently (though it seems they mainly used to stand in big groups and head the ball)
But now World Cup!
All games exclusively live on Premier Sports, whatever the fuck that is.
been trying to see if its available anywhere else....youtube apparently and Xbox live.
not sure whether the youtube content will be blocked in the UK though. there doesn't appear to be a definitive answer out there.
After such a ruddy bloody brave performance in their opening game against Canada, the Steel Roses need to regroup and pick themselves up for a must win match tonight against the Leeuwinnen.
In order to boost our chances of advancing we really need to play up to our offensive strength, as star striker Ying Li (who scored a tournament best six goals at the Asian Cup) can form a formidable partnership with the technically gifted Xu “Little Messi” Yanlu.
especially the bit about being an actor at the end http://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/making-alexis-sanchez-those-who-helped-him-achieve-greatness
Excellent work, what a guy.
He's kinda right in the sense we are perennially disappointing and boring to watch. But he can also fuck off considering he spent the latter half of that season talking himself up for the England job, his tenure at QPR wasn't exactly inspiring and any team with Bale, Modric, VDV and Peter Crouch is bound to be relatively successful.
Brad Jones has left, he's a backup keeper who has Prem experience so he'd be reliable enough to call upon
Tap into the lucrative Hungarian market.
It'd be lovely to win, obviously, but if Wales lose it's not the end of the world in terms of qualifying. And we are playing the second best team in the world don't forget.
The FAW have been pulling out the stops for it mind - actually taken all the Cardiff City branding off the stadium and replaced it with their own, got the Super Furries doing the pre-match entertainment, etc, etc. After all the hype it's probably got dull 0-0 draw written all over it (which I'd be really happy with fwiw).
I'll never forgive you for Bale's dive but have a good one!
must be pleased, got a friendly away to Union Berlin, honestly one of the best stadiums I've ever been to
Yeah I'm hoping to go. Although my passport expired a few years back. Hopefully I can use the express passport service.
A friend is definitely going if I don't. So I hope I can get it sorted.
Flight out of Gatwick on the Friday and back Sunday. Should be a good weekend.
honestly that place is amazing, I heard about it a few days ago as I'm on Union's fanpage, initially I thought it was gonna be at Selhurst and I got excited, but still, it will be great for you if it works out!
Liverpool lean back and give City four fingers now the latter have fulfilled their part of the "bargain", never saw that one coming.
Really hope we let it go and don't get led up another Lescott-shaped path all summer again. We could be doing so much better.
£50m would be ludicrous.
We need more speed in the side, but not at that sort of cost. A winger is 4th / 5th on the list of priorities too, as a centre back, left back, central midfielder and 2nd choice right back would be more important for me.
GIANT VAMPIRE SQUID
pretty sure talking to the agent before a fee's agreed is literally standard practice these days. Plus the transfer was done with the least fanfare everl, and we paid £16m for an unproven 19 year-old with no fixed position. Not sure Southampton would've been too disappointed (wasn't even them that complained).
Interesting, who complained?
tbf i just checked and the arseblog article i read said 'suggestions a disgruntled third party lodged had a complaint'
More importantly, who's the footballer?
WALES V BELGIUM
Been looking forward to this for ages. Good result here will put us in ludicrously good stead to qualify, and think we've got a good chance of doing so.
They'll be missing Kompany and Fellaini but of course it's still going to boast ASHLEY WILLIAMS, Eden something and Dunno from Madrid so yeah excited.
Ireland 1 Scotland 3
fear another 1-0 nailbiter is on the cards though
having previously stated that all Directors of Football are a joke. Classic.
Mon the Tricolors!
Hope you can all experience it one day
may as well just shoot all the time when nobody else is on his wavelength (other than de bruyne who is also gr8)
i really dislike marc wilmots
that Wales get to be top seeds for the World Cup qualifying draw next month or something
I've booked my flight and hotel for a trip to Berlin for Union Berlin vs Palace. I got quite a good deal, I think.
I checked at lunch and return flight from Gatwick to Berlin was £240 with easyjet, which really ruled it out. But someone at work recommended booking through Easyjet holidays instead, and I got a return flight and three nights at a hotel for £203. Going Friday coming back Monday.
The flights are from Luton, but that's fine as I can get a direct train from East Croydon. Flights from Luton were £165 alone, so basically I've got three nights in a hotel for £38.
This is the hotel.
Which on booking.com, costs £237 alone.
I've also got an appointment to renew my passport on Friday. I really can't wait.
