Paying in a cheque from my mum for my birthday.
Turns out she forgot to sign it, which is brilliant, because I didn't really want the money but I really didn't want to have that argument, so it's all worked out perfectly.
To pay a bit of cash in
Account review thing. I don't do online banking, there a couple of people who always ask me for money so it's easier to say no when I can't immediately transfer them cash.

to turn my ISA with Santander into a cheque and then to put that in my current account. motherfucking ISA in my motherfucking Current motherfuggers
there's a Barclays a two minutes walk from my office so it gives me excuse of a wander at lunch to go and use the account manager, rather than faff around with the PIN sentry arse-ache at home.
to ask them to fulfil a basic function of a bank, which they told me they couldn't do in branch and had to do online.
love hsbc, looking forward to improved service after they completely gut their UK operations.

Queue was full of old people getting money out when there was a free cash point outside. Pgfft
