hiya fapps babes
just been to tescos, stocking up for this stupid new diet i've been prescribed. can't believe how little of the free from stuff i can actually eat. i'm used to things being gluten and wheat free but not dairy free or vice versa but this is ridiculous cause i can't have loads of fruits and onion/garlic.
got myself some fruit bananas and kiwi and basic snack and cupboard things like popcorn, rice cakes, 100% cocoa powder and plain tortillas. can't have onion or garlic so i've had to switch to encona and tabasco, etc.
my boyfriend keeps telling me to start a blog about it so i'll end up with a book deal.
got ulcers and some weird bumpy, colourless dry patch on my hand
hope this clears me of them or i'm going back to eating food that has 'flavourings' listed as an ingredient asap
this diet sounds incredibly annoying :( and expensive. It would be a really good way of helping people who might have similar issues with health/ food related issues aswell and you might even find it relatively therapeutic.
