Hurt a bit, but the trade-off is that I now have an amazing six pack.
In sets of ten with little breaks, just however many reps I can be bothered/have time to do. Does hurt a bit.
Same deal with press-ups.

Couldn't stand up straight for 3 days afterwards. Not for me Clive
