I don't. It ruins the pacing.
Rarely find myself with a spare, unbroken 11 hours or so and if I do I usually do a few different things with my time rather than just one.
I'll put the book down and start from the beginning again the next day, even if I am 10 1/2 hours in.

But Dancing Lessons for the Advanced in Age is a single sentence and that's brilliant.
There is no way that can be true.
Apparently there's a book that's just one sentence. Imagine the kind of dickhead who'd read that!
It's the optimum reading experience.
